About Us
CAS Value Techonology Co., LTD., located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and production of molds for sports brand shoes. It is also the first enterprise in the field of sporting goods manufacturing to achieve industrial application of metal 3D printing. Relying on the technical support of the Quanzhou Equipment Manufacturing Research Institute of the Haixi Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the company has jointly established the National Engineering Laboratory for Additive Manufacturing of Complex Polymer Structures, promoting the innovation and mass application of 3D printing technology in shoe mold manufacturing.
CAS Value Technology, with the mission of "replacing traditional manufacturing with digital manufacturing," serves numerous well-known sports brands both domestically and internationally. It has obtained 86 technical patents and has been recognized as a national and Fujian provincial high-tech enterprise, a new research and development institution in Fujian Province and Quanzhou City, and a service-oriented demonstration enterprise in Quanzhou City. The company continues to collaborate with multiple "double first-class" universities to expand the innovative applications of additive manufacturing technology in civilian fields such as molds, automobiles, communications, and home furnishing.

SINCE
2016
Fengyang Precision Mold Co., Ltd. was founded in Qingmeng, Quanzhou. The company later relocated to Baiqi Township, Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone.
2019
CAS Value (Fujian) Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
2020
In January, we became the first enterprise nationwide to adopt metal 3D printers for the R&D and production of outsole molds. In September of the same year, we applied for and was officially accredited as a New R&D Institution of Fujian Province.
2023
2022
CAS Value cooperated with domestic brands Li-Ning, Xtep, 361¡ã and ERKE on joint development and achieved mass production. This marked that 3D printing technology had been fully promoted in the outsole mold manufacturing sector.
With the promotion and application of metal 3D printed shoe molds nationwide, many international brands including New Balance (NB), Brooks, Decathlon and Le Coq Sportif have successively established cooperation with our company.
2021
CAS Value cooperated with numerous brands including NIKE and VIBRAM-PUMA to develop outsole molds.
2024
CAS Value expanded into overseas markets and established cooperation with more international brands.
2025
In March, CAS Value (Jinjiang) Technology Co., Ltd. was established. In April, CAS Value (Fujian) Technology Co., Ltd. completed its Series A financing.
2026
In January, CAS Value (Vietnam) Technology Co., Ltd. was officially opened.
Development History
Status of Industrial Application
We are the world's first enterprise to realize industrial application of metal 3D printed shoe molds.In 2024, our annual output value reached 65 million RMB, and we were equipped with 52 sets of production equipment.We plan to expand the equipment scale to 100 sets in 2025, with the annual output value expected to approach 100 million RMB in the same year.We will further expand the equipment capacity in 2026.
Technical Cooperation Advantages
We have cooperated with Haixi Institutes, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Thanks to our joint efforts, metal consumables are reduced by 20% and printing time is shortened by 30%. In collaboration with Bright Laser Technologies (BLT), we optimized equipment parameters, pushing the overall matching rate up to 98%.
